Wanted Heubler US OPEN cue

Hello my friends,

IMO the Heubler US OPEN cue, was probably one the best cues that Paul ever put out.

I used to see them fairly often, but it has been years ago. I am asking 2 things.

One if someone has a picture to post of one, I would love share to the newbies what IMO is some outstanding work, and way ahead of its time.

Secondly, if someone has one for sale, and I really dont care about the condition so much, because it so easy to get refinished or another shaft made.

heubler cues...

Hi Ken, I recently received a Heulber cue as a gift and to be honest I dont know much about them...I have seen a few but never one like this...I asked a friend of mine who is a reputable cuemaker and he said he remembered them from years ago and this one may have been some sort of commemorative model. It is a four pointer with an two eagles located in the butt section and it also has a set of white unique rings with the words..Heubler-Made in the U.S.A. between them in white. It has four points set in maple but I am not sure what the wood is??? maybe walnut or bacote..not sure. I was going to post it in this section but have never gotten around to taking pics..and I don't see many people posting for Heublers...I don't know if this is what you are looking for...but maybe you can shed some light on this particular cue...

If it has two eagles... it may be part of the Mark V series. I remember the series had various animals on the butt sleeve... a snake, buck, spider, etc. Can you post any pics?
 
Heubler eagle???

Hi, I will try to get some pics up today, I have to find another computer to upload them on...my kids thought it would be cool to play the "PSP" ON MY LAPTOP and managed to break off my USB connectors...bummer. LOL

Oh well, at least i got a psp out of the mishap...lol
