Have you considered by a new cue from Jerry. To give you a starting point on price a new cue 4 point 4 veneer is $975. This includes SS joint, Delrin butt cap and 2 shafts with melanine ferrules. His extras are very reasonably priced if you want inlays.

There is that option too. doh! That's got to be the best option here by far...just go to the source and ask him to make the specific cue you want.
 
I know Jerry well. Were considering adding to my cue that I bought from him. Its the tuxedo cue on his website.
 
I think you should have another cue built to your specs if you are not seeing anything that will work. I like the one Bob has for sale and if I were in the market for an -R-, I would be dealing on his. It is my favorite of the bunch and that includes the one I just sold.
