This is my 2nd try at this...first time I ended up buying several other cues first so sorry to anybody who I ended up flaking on...

I'm just looking for meucci road agents of all kinds....please let me know what you have, post some pics, and give me a price...
 
Didn't really check the feedback. I wouldn't bid on this one. Also no buyer protection.
 
They have one for sale at the pool hall i go to. I will check on the price and PM you later.

I just talked to the owner of the pool hall. He has a new road agent with 2 black dot shafts for $740. Let me know and i will give you his number and you two can talk business.
 
Thats a lot of money....you can get a new one with 2 black dots in the 5 to 600 range...some dealers go as low as 4 something....unless there is something special about his?
 
well 500 for a meucci originals is not a bad price. It's quite good because the originals have real inlays and ivory etc. and it has the original shafts which play way better than the new ones.

the black dot... i cant comment on price as i've already been too negative today already. But you wont go wrong with a meucci originals cue.

Although if you dont act soon I have 2 people looking at it this coming week so it may be gone.
 
oh no I wasn't talking to you...I was responding to juvie's post...I know your offer is fair...I saw it on ebay but like everybody else I was turned away by the fact you didn't have paypal or any trader ratings. If I buy something I want a secure way of doing so.
 
He has about 6 meucci originals for sale but i don't remember if his road agent was one of them.
 
well...could you see if you could find out if its an original or something that would explain the higher price...or you can just give me his number. Thanks.
 
I have people on here that can verify I'm legit and wont screw you out of your money... but if you want to buy a POS through paypal instead of a good cue then so be it.

i just completed a deal with cubc and the transaction was smooth. cue was as described and shipping was prompt.

cubc (Chris) is one of the good guys ! In fact he bought this road agent from me a few months back. No worries here.

If you want to retain value, look for the old logo model. Personally I think cubc's cue is a very good deal. Here's how I would value his cue as a collectible:

Basic Road Agent with one shaft, average condition: $350,
add 25% for old Logo, add 25% for pristine condition (at least 25%), add $120 for the extra shaft, I come up with $650.

Now, I have a Road Agent that's 20 years old, that is new, unplayed. I paid $500 for it 4 years ago with one shaft. I would not sell it for $500. I have seen a number of pristine old logo Road Agents sell for $500 to $600over the years.

The newer versions of the cue are ok, but there are so many - too many to make collectible in the near future.

i also agree. if you are going to buy a road agent u should buy the meucci originals. it just flat out a better cue!!! ive delt with alot of meuccis in my 3 rooms and i can say from experience their quality control isnt what it was.

buy the originals from cubc...
