So far, very nice looking. Looks friendly and seems easy enough to navigate.

A few things I noticed:

Buttons could be a little bigger.

Thumbnails could be bigger as well as the photos being larger and higher quality. ( I wouldn't buy a cue that I couldn't examine in fine detail ).

For some of the more expensive items, several picture might be a better selling tool.

I really like the "live help" option. Very cool.

We are working on making the cue pictures bigger. You have to click on them a few times before you get the full cue image.

What buttons were you referring to when you said

Hmm.

It looks like when you hover over a link, the button is in two parts?

There is a pretty small area at the top of each button and then a second area in the body that is bigger. Dunno.

Might have something to do with browser settings here at the office.

seems like everything you are selling is commercial and on the generic end of that...you will need better products to make it here
