Warning! John Flores aka J-Flo- has been a nightmare to buy from.

I ordered two tipping machines from John Flores the 14th of May, shown it this thread: http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=275159, and I initially asked him to send the tipping machines, one willards, and one Calabrese, to a friend of mine in Colorado, that aslo was gonna ship me some cues. However, i needed the weight of the package to determine if this was a possible option. It took Flores over a week to send me the weights, and by the time i recieved them, the option was gone.
So, this meant that the machines had to be sent to where i live, in Norway. I even paid 50usd extra to have them shipped here.
It took him another 10 days to send the package, or at least he claims to have sent it. However, he refuses to send me a tracking number, and in all his answers to me he states that he is working so much and that he does not have time to deal with me. However, over a week ago he stopped answering my PM's- and the last PM I got from him, he called me a pain in the ass, and a immature fool. He is simply the rudest seller I have ever come across at AZ ever, and all my transactions here have been fairly smooth. In my opinion, the seller has a responsibility to uphold the deal made when the money is recieved.
I sent him a PM on memorial day, and when he answered me two days later, he clamed that he had been in Texas to honor family warheroes. I have no problem with that. However, when i checked his user that day, he was online on here memorial day.
I have now claimed my money back through Paypal, even though i suspect they are gone. I tried to google him, and all i found was a mugshot from Chicago PD from a DUI arrest. Bad sign i guess.
I would strongly advice all you good people to stay away from J-Flo, John Flores. His email that is thebestmex@yahoo.com shouild have been theworstmex@yahoo.com

At this point I am just sad that such a rude, bad thief has my 645 usd.
If anyone knows JOhn Flores from Chicago, please tell him that he should pay back my money or send me the tipping machines that i paid instantly.

I know this is the wanted/ for sale forum, but I feel that the good people of AZ needst to be warned about this guy.

I'm sorry to hear this. But I have a pro tipper brand new if you still want one I also have a williard that has all the collets and extra blades. Oh and the pro tipper has extras as well

I sent a PM to AZ housepro, and he sent a PM to J-Flo, which he responded to. He claimed i had sent him "hundreds of messages and texts", and that he did not get a tracking number, and that a package with tracking was 103 usd. These are all lies..
Then he claims that the package had been broken and that USPS would charge him 130 usd to repack it for him.Cannot say other than this also sounds off the wall.But, thorugh Housepro I finally got a tracking, and it apperars that the package is now in Norway. Howerver, i just cannot figure out why some people would go through, and put other people through a lot of hazzle, when the solution is, and always will be, to behave nice, curteous and honest. I will howerver have to withdraw that J-Flo is a thief. But i cannot reccomend other people to do business with him.
 
If you use USPS and ship a package out of the country you must fill out a customs form, the form will have a number which you can enter which will atleast show that it has went through customs, after that in many places your on your own and further tracking is expensive.
