My player's hxt has a wobbly roll to it. How do I get in contact with Players for warranty purposes. I can't seem to find any information, and is it worth the hassle?

The best first step is probably to contact the seller (Seybert's, Ozone, etc.). They'll have info on how to contact the manufacturer re: warranty work.

Make sure it's the shaft and not the shaft and cue together thta has the issue. My son's cue had a roll when together with his HXT shaft but both were straight apart, seems the facing was a bit off. He changed shafts and it rolled a lot better.
