Warped Predator 314 Shaft

I have a predator 314 with a slight warp in it. Is there a way I could try to straighten it out? Is it more difficult or impossible due to its construction, than a non spliced shaft?

If I were you, I would contact Predator. They might have some sort of gurantee.

Thanks for the advice Blud. I do think I'll try to contact them but I think they will claim normal useage caused it or something. I guees you do not have a recommendation I could try?

Just a quik note. I contacted Predator and they say they have a shaft straightener which may or may not work according to how badly the shaft is warped. There is no charge for this service and the shaft will be gone from my use for approx 2 weeks. I will post a note after I receive it back. Thanks for the advice Blud...

I don't know if its just me, but now that Predator eqipment has been around for a while and their products are falling apart it seems that they are not really that keen on keeping customers too happy with their level of service. For a big ass company like that, they should be able to replace the shaft either for free or at a prorate. Just my 2 cents.
