Warped rail

I housed my Gandy Big G in my garage for several months.I recently put it together in my new room and (Oh Hell) I have a slight bow in the center of the rail. WHat are my options? New rail or is there any way it could possibly be straightened. I can post pics if I need to. Help!!!

you might be surprised by how many tables have warped or twisted rails. The answer of your question would depend on how warped your rails are.
