da-yam. We've got a 70+ year old at our pool room in New Orleans that I would put up against practically any other 70+ year older but I think I'm pulling my offer down. Bill's got the crown for over and under.

Bill is also the inventor of the Universal Smart Shaft.

However, I am gong to have to check his I.D. He looks WAY TOO YOUNG to be 70+. :cool:

BigTruck, giving out Masse tips on the stream. He must be talking to more than just that PERFECT AIM guy, Gene Albrecht. I don't think Gene specializes in Masse...............
 
Big Truck should go to Sam's Wholesale Club and pick up one of those Sharper Image, cushion massagers for the back. It just slips over a chair and will give you a roller type massage or a Swedish massage which seems to go in various directions. Also has a "spot" massage selector where you can specify a particular area to get attention.

They're $99 at Sam's and JoeyA has tested the device and they get TWO THUMBS up.:yeah:

His commentators might be able to stay in the booth a little longer if they could get a massage while seated. :p

Seriously though, Sam's had them on display and you could test it out and they are very small, portable and functional. Thinking about getting one for my office.

Wow. I've known Bill since '66, when we were both ski bums in Aspen. I can say I recognize his pool game -- stellar as always -- but I would never in a hundred years recognize the man.

And he'd probably say the same of me, even though I'm a sprightly 63 and holding.
 
I think when he quit making cues he said he was going back to do what he does best, which is play pool. Pretty strong.

A cue maker who can play that well certainly knows what a cue should feel and play like. I heard that Bill was a good player and what I heard was true.

Yea there was a guy on here not too long ago that said, (referring to Bills game) "He couldn't play dead in a cowboy movie" Well all I can say is that person should watch this match. Nice game Bill!!
 
Thanks everyone,

This was the first time I have tried to play in over 25 years.

I have not played on a bar table in over 30 years.

I plan to play much better in the future.

We can play too, but I would like to get started with another old guy.

I may make a trip in April or May. Have to bring the lady and will send her home after a little vacation and stay longer for action.

We can play at DCC though and then you can try to get even on your home court.:D
