I have a question, if you buy an idividual day pass say for 10 ball do u get to watch 9 ball matches that may be on the stream that day? Unfortunately I didn't get the stream this event but I've followed the brackets and I did notice yesterday had about 6-7 stream matches and today there are only 2 3 if the finals goes 2 sets and I was thinking the best bang for the buck was yesterday as far as quantity but I saw the schedule today included 9 ball matches so how does that work? If u buy 9 ball can u not watch 10 ball?
 
I sincerely hope whoever is choosing which matches to stream has the wisdom not to show any more of these ladies matches. I've watched 6 hours of this same young lady which wasn't what I had envisioned when plunking down this kind of money. It's enough now, I think.

I hate posting anything except positivity towards csi especially after seeing some of the things ignorant people are saying about them lately. I do however have some constructive criticism. I obviously understand how busy they are in the middle of a 6 tournament event but the streaming schedule hasn't been updated and it could hurt their amount of potential buyers for the stream. I'll speak for myself and say I believe I'm buying today's package but I would like to see the schedule beforehand. On another note I've asked one or two questions regarding scheduling and streaming this week and got no answer and again I completely understand they're super busy and I'm one guy low on the totem pole but still I wouldn't of asked if I didn't think I'd get an answer.

Anyway I want to thank you CSI for putting on event after event and absolutely contributing to the growth,exposure, and opportunity for pool. As a fan of pool and watching streams I appreciate everything you guys do and I know the players out there appreciate the fact there's another tournament they can play in. Options are not a bad thing for pool players even though some of the guys on here may think the opposite. Again thanks to every one putting In time effort and energy I hope u don't let the naysayers get you down because they are the minority

The full schedule of matches was posted on the Live Streaming page first thing this morning. We do not monitor the forums for customer support or questions as noted in the original post. Thank you.
