Watch out for this guy on ebay

I just sent him a friendly question about this auction:
"You must be kidding me! With all the cues and pool equipment you sell, you claim you don't know what the initials "TS" are and what a "Joss" is. What a joke! I hope that you're man enough to edit your auction with the truth and quit trying to mislead people..."

thats why he says to send him info if you have any, then he can add it to the bottom knowing its not right but others may read it and think it is the truth.

He did the same thing a while back trying to claim that he didn't know what the HUGE letters on the sneaky were, but again pointing out that they were "S and T". This time he's trying to act like he's going to get fleeced by "giving away" one of those cues. He's definitely to be avoided.

Edited to add this: If you look at his feedback, he has the exact same wording in his last 2 sales. Both for a case and one cue of your choice. Oddly enough, the TS fake and the Joss fake are in both of the pictures. He has a different cue that he names as a Robin Dobson. As that cue lasted through two sales, he must have a lot of the fake Scruggs sneaky petes around.

yea, he tried to sell me a shaft that he said had a black dot on it, turned out it looked like he had burned it into the shaft himself, needless to say the picture was terrible so I couldnt tell. WATCH OUT, is all i can say.

I know his scam. I called him out on it and he never responded. If you look at his feedback, he bought the sneaky pete for like $10. The "Joss" for $25 from Carlscues and he bought a group of miscellaneous rubber bumpers off ebay. He must know a little about cue repair because the difference in the Joss is the butt cap, which for someone who knows how, probably isnt hard to change. He uses a Joss bumper out of the batch that he bought. Does the same thing to the sneaky and puts the TS on there. What a piece of shit. I will watch this and inform any poor soul that wins this auction.

LOL He says there is no marking on one of the cues except "Joss cues USA"
I don't know about you but that like markings to me.

That would explain why they look "newly refinished" now wouldn't it?

That marking is on the butt rubber not the cue.
I would guess Joss bumper on a cheap cue.:p

Sorry ass ebay.....there appears to be no easy way to report this. Not that they would do anything anyway !!

At the bottom of every listing there is a place called Other Options where you can report an item.

http://cgi1.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d...&itemid=180304833996&seller=yodbird7&active=1

It will take you through several steps so you can choose what you find objectionable about the listing.

I reported it as potential trademark infringement.

We can all do something if we choose to.

If enough people annoy ebay, theyll get fed up with us and do something about it... hopefully.

It only took me about a minute.

This is the repsonse I got: (canned of course)

John, yeah, that was my point....there's nothing loaded in their selections that really applies to this and they don't give you much space to explain the situation. I reported it as well.

This guy is a member here ,and usually sells most of Briannas rejects cues and parts. I've seen some really screwed up cues he's had for sale, he told me he got them from Brianna Cues.
