Great job Chris on the show, it was very well attended and everything was first class. I'm looking forward to next year's event!!! I had a great time walking around and meeting everyone. I saw some very nice cues by some newer cuemakers, the future of cuemaking looks very promising. I thought the venue was very good, very open and great food, cocktails weren't bad either. :) Hope everyone had as good of time as I did, see you all next year if not sooner.

Joel,
It was an honor and a pleasure meeting you at the show this year! John Davis has told me alot about you over the past few years and getting to finally shake your hand and say hello was very meaningful to me. -Jon Spitz

Hercek

It was exciting to see Joel at the show. I was hanging around Joe Gregory's booth a little when Hercek was talking about some of the Spain cues in Joe's display. Joe's got a great collection including some of the Spain EOL cues, Spain's first fullsplice, and some unfinished Hercek fullsplice blanks as well. Joe was teasing me b/c I kept coming back to look at some of the old Brunswick veneered fullspliced cues in his collection, too.

Burtain Spain's first attempt at cuemaking can be found here- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpwROvi3pfk

Great show with a bunch of great fellas.

Spain's First Splice

Beau,

It was great meeting at the WCCS show, will be talking to you about your veneer's for a special project!

A special thanks to Joel for allowing me to display Burtons first blank, oh how I wish it was mine!

Kudos to Big Chris for a great job, the FIRST show in the Windy City, WOW, everyone was talking about Chris and what an event he hosted, looking forward to the next WCCS.

Joe
