Weight Bolt Issue HELP!!!

I need help.

Recently i purchased a TS cue on AZB der but the weight is too light and cue too forward balanced. So i thought of increasing the weight of the bolt. But when i removed the bumper, i could not remove the big golden bolt. I took it to the local pro shop and he couldnt do anything about it either and does not have any replacement bolts anyway.

I wonder if anyone can advise me on this predicament without shipping it over to usa again since it just came from there. :)

Thanks!

The bolt may have been glued in place. Try placing a soldering iron to the bolt head . The heat will weaken the glue & you should be able to unscrew the bolt. Be careful not to OVERHEAT the bolt. The excess heat could damage the finish...JER

This was my cue and I lighten the cue up a little bit, but I did not glue the bolt in place. All he needs is a lager flat head screw driver to get this out. A regular screw driver wont do it.

Find a thick steel washer that will fit into the slot, about quarter size or half dollar size, and clamp it in a table vise. Put the cue on it while its on the vise, and turn the cue. It should come off.

Call Tim or Mike @ #410-247-1231 and let them, NOT EVERYBODY ELSE tell you exactly how to do it. Bob C. from MD.
