Weight ?

The most I have given up was the three out and they all counted on the break too. I gave this to Archie the greek on a seven ahead set for some good dough. He got me after two days of playing. Even though I got to case game a couple of times the weight was too much to fade.

That's huge, but you play a lil bit better than me. I might offer that to Ray Charles, and no beeping cue ball either. lol

Here is a spot

The last 2 is the 9 ball and whatever other ball is left on the table. You must shoot in this other ball to get the win. This is not much weight at all for good players. I've heard many top players say "If I can't give em the last 2, I can't beat em even".

Here are some other weight examples:playing 9 ball
the 8 = slop in the 8 any time and you win
call 8 = make the 8 on a called shot to win
last 3 = the 9 and 2 other balls on the table, sink the first of these 3 to win
the 7 = slop the 7 in and get the win
call 7 = make the 7 on a called shot to win
7 out = make the 7,8 or 9 on any shot to win
call 7 out = have to call the 7, 8 or 9 to win
call 6 = make the 6 and win
6 out = make the 6, 7, 8 or 9 and win
call 6 out = make the 6, 7, 8 or 9 on a called shot to win
orange crush = the break and the 5 out = make the 5,6,7 8 or 9 and win the game
If you need more than the orange crush you need a doctor LOL;)

You can add the break to any of the above weight examples to get more of an advantage. Taking the break away from a player rated A or higher is huge. He can't put multiple racks together while you sit helpless in your chair. Vice vers, giving the break to a D player is no big deal, he probably won't get shape on the 1 ball even if he makes a ball on the break.

Hope this helps.

You don't know what the last two is you get all the odd balls except the yellow oneball and I want :D the first break. Tikitavi likes to give this spot also!!! Sometimes he will let you have the one ball tooo. I am not that good!!!!!!
Nick :)

If you get "the six" I think that means that you can choose among any six people in the room, designated by your opponent, to shoot your money ball for you.

If you get the "six out" that means that you have to go outside and choose from among six people outside the pool room who will shoot your money ball for you.

If you get "the last two" that means you have to wait until there are only two other people left in the pool room and then you can choose one of them to shoot your money ball for you.

I could be wrong of course.
