Weird window popup

Whenever I click on anything here, a window pops up, claiming to be from windows security and requesting that I give my user name and password. Yet after clicking that window off, I can move about the site.

I'm wondering if this could be a hacker at work? Is this legit? Anybody know?

I suspect its some flag Mike changed while working on things.
 
It is. At login, every screen change and even after logging out. :)

I use mozalla firefox and hit my bookmarks and the box comes up and hit cancel and get all kind of stuff saying need a pass word and user name,and browser is not compatible.what the hell is going on.Rich
