I'll repost in W/FS section, but I'm not trying to "make" any money and this will basically be all of my pool equipment. I have a wife and a 3 month old son. Times are getting tough with the price of oil being what it is. As such I'm gonna have to sell my case and cues. I'll have to get something cheap to play with for a while or play off the wall.

I'm trying to get rid of a predator LE3 w/ 314-3 shaft (all straight but the shaft has dings) $400 (Retail $600+)

A new Fisher Custom cue w/ 2 shafts $400 (Retail $650)

A Roger Allen Fullsplice Break cue $250 (Retail $400)

An Instroke 3X5 $200 (https://www.seyberts.com/instroke-c...roke-case-do3-3x5-black-saddle-pool-cue-case/)

Really not the type of person to ask for help and I'm not asking for a donation or anything. If the mods feel the need to move this then I understand. If anybody wants to talk to me about this 832-312-2377 here is the link to my Facebook https://www.facebook.com/marshal.ward?fref=nf&post_id=579403385546275. I'm real and so is my family. I really love the game of pool and this sucks but I have do do whats best for my family. Plus the its not like the pool hall is going anywhere.

Here is my PayPal: paypal.me/MarshalWard

If somebody wants to buy everything at once I'd $1200 to cover shipping and fees.

I'd like to get rid of all this at once and ASAP. This is literally a fire sale.

A cheap cue or sneaky with an LD shaft plus cash would be fine too. I'd still like to get out an play once and a while.

Also the Hanshew isn't for sale. Wife gave it to me for my birthday and would be bummed out if I got rid of it.

I know you said you'd repost in the W/FS section but....

Did you know that there's a W/FS section?! This is the main forum...

I think he made a good move to come here first.....lotta people like him here.
...the W/FS as first choice is like taking coals to Newcastle.

This is a distress sale and I have sympathy for him.
Basically, the Saudis upset the oil industry, Canada got the problem even worse.
....maybe this post is NPR?

Very well could be. The mods can move it there if they see fit. I'm asking for help from fellow AZers, not trying to be a cue dealer. Thanks for the support pt

We ate 5 for a dollar macaroni and cheese when my wife and I started out with our first child. For variety I'd put a little ketchup on the side. My wife can't even look at the stuff now.

Things are going to get a lot tougher in the next few decades here.

I guessed it had to do with oil prices and layoffs but I had to ask.. I worked in heavy industry during the 80's. I went from dialing for dollars to pounding for pennies. Sold everything that wasn't nailed down! I never complained but at some point in time I asked my father in-law what was I going to do. His reply was, "survive". I wish you luck!

Amen!! I watched my industry go to hell over a 5 year period until there was 0 work.I had to get a part time job and sell all of my equipment. Then another part time job to make ends meet for 3 years.Waking up at 2am and getting home at 6pm.My wife was very supportive of me in them days and I am grateful for it.The bottom line is that you have to do what you have to do to survive, period!

The North American oil industry has gone from feast to famine...
...a lot of jobs have disappeared.

I agree pt and with Iran now in the works it could get worse. What works for some may be devastating for others. The rolls have a way of equalizing, I hope things can improve and everyone gets through this.

I wish you the very best of luck, hopefully everything turns ou allright. I have always liked your posts and you seem like a really nice guy. I'd definitely help you out if I could. Too bad that im a bit tight on money right now too, damn things are tough every now and then :sorry:

I'd suggest holding on to your playing cue if you can. I still regret selling mine a few months back due to financial issues. Got through though and bought a replacement as soon as I could. They tend to be hard to get used to again. If you have found your thing, hold on to it while you can. Of course things are more complicated with a family to feed, i feel your pain :sorry:

E: I'll make you a small donation, let us know how things go for you :)

Thanks man, I appreciate it! If I'm ever in the position to do the same for you, I will.

Edit: Wow. Just received $20. Thank you so much.
