No need to keep busting this guy’s balls. We all know what we’re looking at. Entry #20 in this thread should pretty much answer most questions. All the info is there, it’s just not tidy and in one singular place. There is enough info here that I’d be comfortable making an offer if I was interested.

I actually speak to him over the phone, very nice guy. An older gentleman, Might not know much in computer and such.
