What about Rotation !

Really?!? I used to go there all the time before as well! Even as a little kid. (now I'm a 34 yr old kid and married!) Lucky-13 has been renovated, smaller now than it was then. But still has a lot of action everyday, day and night. And Sunrise has been closed down for about 3 years now.

But a "rail after contact" rule (just like in international 9-ball) in local rotation isn't a common thing here. And that much I can say with conviction. I've backed up or put on bets on all levels of players here from our pros to the "tama-bolas" (amateurs) and all of them follow the very same rule I've posted. I think you've been gone too long bro.

Come back and we'll play some. I'm sure know how the action is here. Don't you miss it? Hehehe

Yeah, I heard about Sunrise, an institution to me has closed down. Is there
still a small room in the back at Lucky 13? I used to play mahjong or tong-
its everyday. How about Abe? He's still running the place? Say my regards
to the shortstops there like Boy daga, Lolong, Allan "Surigao" Quartero,
Tony "Buk-bok", Lando baby and the rest of the "tolongges" gang!

Mahjong and tong-its will always find space there.

Still Abe's place (or so they say), Allan Cuartero isn't here (somewhere in the mid-east as a house-pro or instructor), Boy Daga still is a regular there. Tony is still on his "swan song" for several years now, still is a very nice guy. Lolong has changed his residency to OneSide cafe. He gets more matches there and the Japanese just can't get enough of his face! It's like he's become a part of the OneSide fixtures more than others!

On a side note, I used to be amazed at how Tony plays. Now, due to age, it's a far cry from his old glorious self. He was one of the best. I'm now saddened at how far back the line he's placed now. It used to be just a few who could beat him, now they all want a piece of him. Even unknown upstarts from the provinces. There was a time when these old-timers would take on all-comers without a doubt in their abilities. But now, they're reduced to the sidelines asking for weight to newcomers or turning down challenges of unknown, unrated players.

Anyways, it is currently 5:30am here. And I hafta bid ya all farewell! Time for me to sleep! Will be back later.
