What are the things you like or dislike about a pool tournament

Empty tables when there are matches that can be played.
Waiting for 2 hours to play a match for whatever reason without being able to warm back up.
TD not paying attention to the bracket and then having to "catch up the other side"
Handicapping systems that allow sandbagging.
