What cleaner are you using for your balls 😂

I know I’m going to roasted but I promise I searched!!! I can’t find it. I know on a thread people were saying what they are using in there ball cleaner but I can’t remember what it was. I’ve been using a car spray wax for years. is there a better spray cleaner I could be using?

Car spray wax/detail spray contain silicone. It's not a good idea to use silicone on pool balls as it will have a big impact on how they play.

Same here. After several years of bringing them to different pool halls that machine cleaned them, I switched to doing it by hand with Aramith cleaner and see much better results.

I find a dab on the ball and work it around with the fingers and you can feel the grime.

Lost knowledge from over a hundred years ago…..English billiard players would not play a tournament with balls that had not been played with for at least three weeks……new balls lead to inconsistent reactions as they break in. I used the ball cleaner a lot in the 80s with NO polish.

Don't use wax on them. It makes the balls play inconsistently as the wax wears off. The will throw less and bank longer. Draw will be greatly affected, as Jasmin mentions. It's fun and it's pretty, but it's not standard conditions.

I use Aramith cleaner. I rinse and dry the balls after rubbing the cleaner off to make sure there is no residue.
