This is from the Derby City Classic back in 2002. Ralf Souquet and Keith McCready.

What color is the cloth they are playing on?

Very standard Simonis green. Don't remember if they were calling it Tournament Green then.

If that's standard Simonis Green it's way, WAY lighter than standard Simonis Green today.

Unless the 10 megaton lights above it made it look WAY lighter.

AZ has come to this. Wow. Asking questions about cloth used 23yrs ago on a video no less. ;) Seriously, whatever color it is/was you really think a video, even a good one, is going to give exact hue as if you were standing next to it? And yes the tv lights have a big effect on how we see the color. Agree with previous poster, its just basic Simonis green. https://www.simoniscloth.com/color-styles/ Click Simonis green here, looks exactly like whats on that vid. The other greens they offer are quite different.

And the standard Simonis Green in your link is way, WAY lighter than the standard Simonis Green I had on my table awhile back.

The standard Simonis Green that I have seen is really dark. That's why I prefer the Apple Green.

I have a friend down a few houses down the street, he’s had the same 860 in his table since he installed it in 2002. It’s much thicker, darker and slower than new simonis. More wool, less nylon. Cost more to make-connect the dots…..so it goes

Here is a sample of the standard Simonis Green. Doesn't look anything like what is on that table.

It will if you put 17 high pressure sodium lights above it will... IDK, I remember high pressure sodium lights having an amber tint, TV lights then, whatever they were.
