What cue does Konstantin Stepanov Play with?

Anyone know what ever happened to the other Russians he used to run with? Konstantin Zolitilov or Grigory Zima? That Zolitilov looked like he had potential...

I don't remember him ever using a McDermott. He used to play with Predator with hand-made metal butt cap. Two years ago he changed to Mezz, as he offered Kosta sponsorship. So he was playing and breaking with Mezz cues.
After WPC 2007 he changed again and now this whole equipment set is by Falcon.
As for pictures, I could ask him if he knows the model number. I don't cary my camera every day and it's a bit bulky

He has retired I think 3-4 years ago. Never was going to be a pool pro anyway.
Zolotilov was promising but then got in decline. Last year he stroke back with a very good performance at Russia champs, but this year at Eurotour he played awful. I wish him well but doubt he will ever be competitive. Too many mental training mistakes by his father coach and some technical flaws also I would say.

I hung out with all of them when they first came to the states, back in 2002 I think... we were all playing in the US Open. Grigory wasn't as good as the other two but I liked him, he was a funny guy to be around. They came down with Zolitilov's father and I could tell he was a little too demanding and serious about it all... the most important thing for young people learning the game is to have fun with it but I don't think he quite understood that.
