I have the fascination of wanting to know what cues the pro's use I don't know why I just like to know what cue they use and that means break cues, and also includes cases and any accessories they might have in their bag. I also check out the local players where I live I like to ask questions like what cue is that, what tip are you using what kind of hit does it have, I guess I just like having the information.

anyway to get to the question at hand do you know of any web site or maybe a page in this forum that might have the information I'm looking for if not post the cue, bag or accessories that you use.

I've switched playing cues in my bag which is a talisman 2x4 I have a schon limited and a Chad Carter sneaky pete curly maple with bocote points and a tip pick. In my other case which is a instroke I have Bill McDaniels Model #Q66, Dale Perry 1/1, stinger J/B cue, and in a single grab and go case I have a Jackson 1/1 well thats is for me don't think I'm buying anything else until I get to valley forge this year.

Pro cues

It is a little deceptive. Some pros use the cues of their sponsors rather than the cue they might otherwise prefer. Examples: Larry Nevel played with a Pete Ohman cue and and Omen break cue before Tiger sponsored him and he began using their product. Rodney Morris was a Barry Szamboti user until he became sponsored and Mika Immonen played with a Capone cue before Mezz came along.

I can't speak for any of these pros about what they really prefer but what they use may be determined by sponsor dollars over playability.

Also, cues have changed. Jim Rempe, for instance, won everything at one time or another and played with a Meucci for the majority of his professional years...but todays Meucci is different than the Meucci of the late 70's and early 80's.

Now pros are using custom shafts on other cues. Alex Pagulayan uses a Schon cue with a Predator shaft. Now John Schmidt plays with an OB-1 shaft on his cue.

Finally, some players have commanded such respect that they have been given cues by many different prominant cuemakers over their carreers.

I will list a few pros and cues that they used...at least at one point in time:
Mike Sigel...................Joss East
John Schmidt..............Bobby Hunter Cue
Tony T-Rex Chohan.....Bobby Hunter Cue
Bill Incardona..............Cognocenti
Howard Vickery...........Rich Benson
Earl Strickland.............Cuetec
Jeremy Jones..............Ray Schuler
Santos Sambajon.........Paul Drexler
Dennis Hatch..............Meucci originals
Grady Mathews...........Tim Scruggs
Kim Davenport............Gus Szamboti
Corey Deuel...............Woodpecker
Allen Hopkins..............Frank Coster Cue
Danny Diliberto...........Richard Black
Boston Shorty............Samsara
Rob Saez...................Andy Gilbert
Keith McCready...........Bob Frey
Jimmy Fusco...............Joss east
Shannon Daulton.........Southeast
Ralph Soquet..............Joss east
Mike Zuglan................Dan Janes
Jim Wetch..................Kersenbrock
Troy Frank.................Kersenbrock (Then Capone)
Steve McAninch..........Meucci originals
Gary Spaeth...............Gus Szamboti
Mark Jarvis.................Kersenbrock
Mark Maryo................Gus Szamboti

Again, some of these players have changed cuemakers but this list is pretty accurate overall.
