What do you do with chalk when it gets low?

And some have the nerve to say pool players are cheap.

throw.... it.... away

And don't give me the "I chalk with superior technique so it never gets low... in fact, usually I'm wiping it off my tip onto the cube". I swipe too but you still eventually just have a wafer of chalk.

I'm getting the feeling that most all of us chuck it after it's reached the top of the wrapper??? Photos would be interesting from those of you who have discovered the illusive answer to conveniently extending its life any farther...:shrug:

I find the only very temporary solution is to sand it down or put up with the mess of the walls crumbling inward...:confused:
