What do you think about neon pool?

Richard, it is my understanding that there are little glow-in-the-dark rings that slip ontio the ferrule of your cue, so that you can see the tip. There are like loops that are supposed to be positioned above each pocket, and some glow strips that lay up under the rails between the pockets. All you need to supply is the blacklight.

And no, I have not played it.:)

i played it in a pool hall near Valley Forge called Planet Pool.. and they had a completly seperate section for it.. we playing it all night long... we must have played 5 or 6 straight pool games in a row on it.. it was honest a great time.. and it being hard to see and judge.. that added difficulty to it.. they were just black bar tables.. and they had rolls and all.. alot of wierd stuff can happen.. you deffinatly cant take it as serious.. but man.. its fun as hell.. all the balls glowed under the blacklight, and the the pockets all glowed and the 8ball was reversed.. so you can see it better... and yes.. all the rails had this trim under them that glowed as well.. once it started getting daylight outside and it started to light up the room.. it lost its fun.. and the edge of being difficult wore off.. especially if you or your opponent never played before..

Hi Chris,
I actually think having a seperate room without any window and outside light would work quite well.
May be with a very funky, more like a skateboard style setting?
Would it be more fun if the pocket is not marked?
