Thanks, I started to register but they want a lot of personal information.
I have to think about that just a bit.

I don't know much about these guys, but they sure have a lot of billiard matches posted.

Kozoom is new to the US but if they are streaming all of the other tables, that is interesting.....

Well, yes, indeed, they collect pretty lot of info.

They are around for some time now. All Eurotours are streamed via Kozoom. Usually this is 21 tables to chose from.
Once registered, and subscription is paid, you have also access to past event (not sure all but at least some) to watch.

That is cool the world is definitely a smaller place than it used to be in some ways.
I will have to register, pay and check them out.
Thanks.

I went by the room today and tried the new break. I was potting the head ball but there were clusters preventing me from running out. Getting past those first few balls is a trick.

I'd much prefer great/difficult layouts after a break, than a BOOM with 4 balls down and a road map.
Nine ball with that type of break, is like watching the PGA playing Augusta on a par 3 course.

I tried it last night. Pocketed a ball and had a open table. With an easy shot on the 1

If you can do that every time, then you've figured it out.

If you can figure it out, I'm sure players will eventually and then we can make them all break from the middle! lol

I did it just once. I don't think i figured it out. I hit it with a medium break speed and at the edge of the break box. I was just trying to stick the cue ball in the center of the table and probably got lucky

I broke very forcefully and I had two ball tied up nearly every time. I didn't have much time to work with but I decided that next time I was going to play with the breakspeed and the use of follow as well. I don't think this break will give the consistent results like they were getting from the traditional 9 ball rack, but there appears to be a sweet spot of some sort.

To figure out a break you need to analyze probably about 100 racks. With a traditional rack I'm hitting the same speed and landing the cue ball in the same spot. But i make a wing ball the 1 usually ends up in the kitchen plus the opposite apex ball.

To be an A-hole If i'm racking i'm putting the 3 in the back, so if they end up with a shot. They will have to do some traveling.
