What Does a $175.00 Piece of Chalk Look Like?

it seems I can remember using this stuff once, either at a very old (now out of business place in newark, DE) or (in a very older also OUB place in down town Orlando)... it just seems so familiar..:confused:
of course I was quite a bit younger and putting it on a very crooked house cue with a puffy tip.
 
While you are on the subject of chalk, Does Master's sell to other countries un flagged chalk. ?
The reason that I ask is a local place selling Master's Blue chalk does not have any flag on the side with the labeling, and it looks like new wrapping.
Any info?
Also, did they make smaller diameter chalk in the earlier days?
I ask this, as I cut my cubes into 4, so it becomes impossible to get chalk onto the ferrule.

I had to trade 4 other rare billiard items to a fellow collector in order to get this box of chalk. Yes, I then sold it off averaging $175.00 per piece.
