I changed the ferrule to Mason Micarta and felt it didn't played as good. I was wondering what material Tad uses so in case I didn't like the Micarta I can change it back.

It's definitely not ivory. My cue repairman says when he remove the ferrule it doesn't feel like aegis or plastic ferrule.

Let me know.

How about giving Tad a call?

Well I don't have his contact info. And I'm from Taiwan. Can anyone provide me his email or phone no?

 OMG why did you change the ferrule?

I believe they use aegis. Don't they?

Cause I played a older PJ tad that has ferrule changed to mellamine. Which played better. but I want it a lil softer, cause mellamine was too hard so I tried mason micarta. But it felt too hard. :(

They've used ivory, aegis, lbm, idk which one was mine.

Can anyone help me ring fred up and ask him what ferrule he uses on my (#2898) PJ BEM 3/8x12 shaft? Please?

Cause I'm from Taiwan.
