What in the hell is wrong with Earl's Fingers??

Isn't Earl hugely against jump cues and all those other accessories? I swear this has to be his way of mocking people with jump cues. I think a while ago he was even sporting Billiard glasses. Zero reflection (AR Coated) clear lenses so the balls don't glare. heheh. That is awesome.

I think they banned him from using the finger extensions in the last WPC event.

I think they'd come in handy if they fitted securely.

I remember he had them on a couple of years ago, sometime in 2003. One match, the referee asked him to remove his finger extensions. Strickland complained, and was told he could bring it up with the WPA. He finally did remove them. But to date, I haven't seen him use them until now. Good idea though.

This was the first thing I thought of:p has Michael been taking lessons from Earl or vise versa?

Earl is against jump cues and stuff like that and claims he wants to keep the game pure. Yet here he is using finger extensions, he is sponsored by a company that makes a cue with a plastic shaft as well as numerous with plastic coatings and now graphite cores. He wraps tape around a cue that he sawed the butt off of and wears a glove on his bridge hand and some other glove on his cue hand. And he sometimes wears sports glasses/goggles.

Earl looks like hypocrite IMO.

Damn. I forgot about those finger thing-a-ma-jigs. He wasn't wearing them last Saturday and I could have asked him why.

"Jump cues should be outlawed" thus spake Earl Strickland.

No jump cues allowed in the straight pool tournament.
