What is the right condition for room, where is pool table to play good.
I mean the rails to play as they should, without throwing balls in the air. What kind of temperature and humidity ?

but they installed the same rails at the table which they have in their service, and they are not jumping anymore. So where is the issue ?????? Anyone can help ????

I don't know that... I asked them to do the center shots, as I did when I was doing my tests.

Do you think draw could change the results so much ??

Try it urself - can u stop the rail hop by using draw ?
I agree that its not correct for a centre ball shot to be jumping like that though...

I'm guessing *their* video was done on a *different* table but *same model* as yours ? (ie. not done on *your* table ?)

Your video's (on ur table) v's their video (on a different table / same model) are chalk & cheese....

yeah forget my draw theory - there must be something quite different between the 2 tables in the test videos. (rail related)

Cheers.

edit: hold the phone - did you send them all 6 of ur rails & they installed *YOUR* rails on their table ? (seems to be maybe what you said in ur post above ?)
Hmmm - totally weird - if so, I'm out of ideas ?

They came to my place and took all 6 rails to service in Germany, and installed those rails to the their table (same like I've got but brown). They said that they tested them, and balls are not jumping off, as a proof they sent me 4 short videos from the test which I connected all together (for you so you can watch it without looking for the next one) and upload on youtube.

(...)are chalk & cheese....

What do you mean by that ?

like what ? So I can ask them for it..

It seems that there is not enough information here. Please tell...

Are your "new test" videos after receiving the rails back from the manufacturer?

If that is true, I agree with mamics that in the video they provided it was completely different rails and/or model of table. Or the rails are not mounting properly on your table for some reason. Even though they provided video footage there is no way you can prove those were your rails they were using. Something is just not adding up. I hope you get it sorted out soon.

My videos called "new test" were shot just before seller took it to manufacturer. And they still having them, so the latest videos are from them.

I have to make a point here that I know that the rails which they are testing are mine, because I was able to recognize it. Namely on one of the rails (where is kitchen) the cloth came out sometime ago which I did inform them about it and on the videos from manufacturer I can see that rail which got the cloth out (you can see that at 14th second of the video)

Like I said, they took my rails and they left my table at home. And the rails which they took they installed at manufacturer, on the same table model.

So I wondering what could be wrong ? The rails at my place use to seems to look tight and square....

So we know the rails in the video are yours, we also know the model of table is the same. So in my opinion, when you get them back and they are installed, if the same problem happens either:

A) They were installed incorrectly.
B) Their is a defect with your table.

Do you know if the balls they were using are the same diameter?

looks to me like you are jumping the balls into the air on the way TO the rail, which would cause the ball to go into the air OFF the rail as well.

also, how long since you cleaned your balls? Mine hop off the rail a bit when I shoot hard when they are really dirty.

First of all sorry for not answering for some time, but I had some issues with my broadband....

Yeah I thought about it too, but quite quickly I figure it out that it's not me.. Because if it would be me, the ball would jump off only from the first rail. Why then it's jumps from second, third or even forth rail ?

Balls were brand new aramith super pro tv, and I tried to clean them every third or fourth day. And there was no change in results.

Your rails are too low and you shoot too hard, imo.

That is what came up to my mind in first place. That either rails or angle of them is wrong, and I made neccessary measurments and I share and upload pictures of them on different thread:

http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=334311&page=3

And on videos from manufacturer, in my opinion they shooting harder.. I think

But I think people run out of good ideas, so do I.

So I create this topic to ask what kind of conditions should be in pool room:
I'm wonder about: temperature, humidity, and other things which could change the way how pool table plays?

btw. I have a lamp over my table with 4 lights, and I use there a LED lightbulbs, they are very economic but also expensive. But the thing is, they are not giving so much heat like "normal ordinary not eco light bulb ", so do you think that could also cost balls hopping (because table and rails are not getting heat from light bulbs)?

Hi there.

Ok but now I have a different question, what would happend if rails wouldn't be screw tight enought ?

Because I was analyzing videos which I did record, and videos which I've got from producer.
And in my opinion, on videos from manufacturer rails seems to be more firm, square and giving diffrent sound ( I know that they don't have a box around, but still rubber react different ). They look diffrent.

On my videos, rails giving diffrent sound and seems like a nose of cushion is pointing celling (during the hit-contact CBand rail, it seems like there is a obtuse angle). I might be wrong.

But I wonder if balls would jump off the rail, if rail(s) would be not screw properly (tight enought)?
