what is the value of this meucci cue

My cousin has the same cue but with a black wrap. He also got Jim Rempe to autograph it. These cues were special order in the mid 90s and are not in any Meucci catalog. There were only 50 made and are extremely rare and valuable. The original cost was $500. Since they are one of a kind, it's almost impossible to put a price on them. My opinion, you could easily get $3,000 from a collector at auction. Remember only 50 were made, how many survived? and what's the ratio of white vs black wraps made?

:lmao:

$3,000 for a Meucci has got to be the joke of the day....

Jayson Shaw likes kool aid? Who knew?
JS will play with whatever he gets free or paid-2-play. Kool-aid drinker implies someone who buys into all of Bob's bs. The Pro shaft IS a good product but that's about it and their customer service is a joke.

You guys do know this thread is almost five years old and the originator has not had any activity since Jan 2014?

Yes, but I am curious to see if Undefined can find a buyer for this cue for 3k or what any verified sale for the cue model was.

What is interesting is that the join date for that user is Jul 2013, same year a few months away from the OP and this was the first post made to give a value to the cue of 3k.

I do have to say if I was collecting Meucci cues, or had a decent collection of cues in general, something like this I would want. It's in brand new shape (or was 4 years ago) and is an pretty neat design and affiliation with a known player.

Ebay rules on Old Meucci's my guess $750 or so is she was straight with no cracked plastic.

Have a good day,

Lol, meucci cues are always a fun topic. The urge to troll is hard to resist.

All I'll say is mine is incredibly durable. If your stick can go through what mine has and come out unscathed I'd be impressed.

Yep. sometimes you have to wait for that perfect thread before you make your first post......I think waiting 4 years must be the world record.....:yeah:

Second that. Mine flew out of my hands on more than one occasion, still straight, nothing broken. That clear coat over a white wrap changing its colour on the other hand...

They were not $500. I got one from Rempe for just over $300 with two shafts. According to Jim, they stopped making them because they had to change the lathes because both the butt and shaft were longer than normal. There were more than 50 made and last I knew they were bringing around $1000.00 with one shaft in mint condition.
