What is up with 1pkt.org?

Still can't get there. I get a page that says 'SORRY!" and gives me three possible reasons I can't get to the site. none of which are correct.

As far as I can see, it is up and running and acting just fine. You may need to log out and log back in, or "clear your cache" to get started fresh. I know at first for me on my phone, when I tried to visit -- after I already knew it was up and running -- my browser took me to the "Offline error page" that I had last visited, lol. But when I went fresh to the site then no problem whatsoever.
