Dude I think you have gotten all the information you need about this subject, why not go to the Mod's and have this thread deleted or is there something else you wish to know?

Dude I think you have gotten all the information you need about this subject, why not go to the Mod's and have this thread deleted or is there something else you wish to know?
To tell you the truth I didn't know there was another billiard forum.
Besides AZ, I'm quite fond of the Naked Underwater Diving Exchange, or NUDE. It's a fairly new forum that encourages it's members to exchange thoughts and ideas regarding totally nude diving, as well as related topics such as naked spear fishing, and nude boating. This past year several of us attended the Northern Wisconsin Boat and Watercraft expo in Green Bay, where we had a registration tent set up. It was late November and we only able to recruit three new members, but there's always next year.

I don't think everyone needs to get their panties all in a wad. Certainly the subject line could have been phrased differently. I doubt the OP put much thought into it. It's kind of like going to onto a lesbian forum and asking who's the hottest dude.
But some of the responses are, in my opinion, a bit out of line. Ultimately, we're a pool community that all share the love of pool. In that respect, we hungar for knowledge, friendship, stories, equipment and someone to argue with about what aiming system we employ. In case anyone was wondering.. I use the try and get the ball in the hole system.
So here we are... all SHARING these things with each other. Sharing videos, sharing everyone's web sites to hawk product, sharing streaming sites, sharing pictures, sharing news... everything we're sharing..... but we can't share places where people talk about pool?
That's strange. If we read another forum, or God forbid, post on another forum, should we be ashamed of it? Should we PM each other a site we go to, or is there a robot searching our PM's for keywords of other sites, upon discovering them, they vanish into the 0 and 1's abyss.
If I mistakenly let my guard down for a minute and my wife reads something on here and tells her friends, do I need to "put her down"?
I think there should be common sense exercised here, as in any other forum. You shouldn't come on 1 forum and bash another. You shouldn't start a crusade on 1 forum, trying to drive others to another forum. You shouldn't take pictures and word for word posts from one and post them in another, without giving a link-back and full credit for the OP.
Just common sense stuff. I know common sense, isn't common, but hey... what else can we do? Aside from sending Little Frankie and PeeWee Tyson to go break the fingers of the abusers and super glue their keyboard to their foreheads... what can we do? Just try and educate.
I think it's 100% clear, AZB is the most popular and the most content rich of all billiards forums... without a shadow of a doubt. It's like comparing Walmart to a 711.
I'm just saying... Let's not go crazy over this. Point out the guy made a bad subject line... even a very stupid one. But to tell people they can't share pool related information on a public forum in a respectful manner, is out of line.
I too, would like Mike H. to weigh in, as to clear up any misconceptions on this topic.
Look for my upcoming thread in the 14.1 forum.... "I think 14.1 sucks worse than BP does at cleaning up their mess... REAL MEN play cutthroat":grin:
