What joint pin is this?

This is an older (2008-ish) inexpensive Viper butt. I'm searching for an inexpensive shaft for it because I don't like having stuff around my pool room that has no use. If I can figure out the type of pin this is will greatly help. A 3/8x10 will go over the pin and tighten somewhat, but a 5/16x14 will not go over the pilot part of the pin.

I will also post this in the cue makers forum. TIA

I believe it's called a J&J quick release. I'm sure it probably has a real name but I'm not aware of it. I've seen it on j&j and players cues. Probably been used on many different branded imports

I was thinking that a Turbolock might work, but then I also think that the 3/8x8 thread pitch also looked similar.

I was looking at these pins on the Rhino cues website. The pictures of the pins are tiny and hard to get a good read on.
