What kind of cue is this?

I've done some research and I've come to the conclusion that this cue is 3 or 4 different makers and was hoping somebody could confirm and know a possible age. The butt cap says Brunswick and the yellow on the bottom looks to be from Viking, and the brass joint looks to be a schmelke breaking joint. There is also an engraving on the joint indicating hat it was a gift, also both shaft and butt have the number 140 stamped on them. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you for letting me post on the page.

It was made for Brunswick by (insert factory name here) in Taiwan/Korea/China in the 1970s(?)

It is definitely not a Viking or Schmelke anything. Schmelke started using the joint, but this cue is 100% Asian Import.

That yellow at the bottom is the cheap kind of acrylic referred to by many as "Mother of Toilet Seat"
