Need help, any info what kind of wrap this Player used ?

Where i can get wrap like this ?
Any info, what type of wrap, he add some extra wrap in Cue with linen wrap

It's a secret Russian wrap, to be able to use it you have to drink some vodka and play on balalaika.
 
Freddy, may I recommend Purex Tips for your cue.

At least your shaft will be protected.

Or is that Durex or Ultra Skins. I gets mixed up on my Brands some days.

I haven't seen Eugene Staliv in 10 years but if I remember correctly, this is just a rubber sleeve similar to the ones used by 3-cushion players. The guy was an amazing talent; could have been a legend if he continued competing.

He was at Derby City this year. Many Russian players were there also.
