As a cuemaker ... what makes YOUR cue different and/or special from all the other cues being made?

What reason would someone choose a cue made by you instead of some other cue?

Some of the reasons might be:

Quality

Price

Styling

Service

Reputation

Availability

So what IS special and different about the cues YOU make.

I put a little MAGIC in every one of them. If you begin to shoot poorly I can recharge the magic for $25... ...JER

That anything like Pixie Dust???

LOL ... I know some players really do think that.

It is sad in a way that after making a few cues and realizing how it is done the magic and mystique about them fades away.
You come to the conclusion that you will play as good with what you make as any other cue out there.

cue building ideas

I like to think that the way I include the customer in the purchase and design of their cue is a big plus. I try to listen hard to the customer for the essence of what they want in their cue. If they have definite specifications then I try my hardest to give that to them. If they have little or no true definite specifications I ask lot's of questions about their playing habits and try to fit the cue to them properly. I will always discuss my ideas with them but their decision is final not mine. Openness and willingness to communicate are some of my strong points I believe. I look forward to discussions, not put them off.
