What pin is this?

Can anyone identify this and where can I get it?

That is just an illusion, the lighting makes it look there are two different minor diameters. If you look close you can see the reflection of the blue cloth in the root of the pin.
 
Some kind of 3/8x10, but modified! Definately not a standard one!
 
You guys need to look closer at the picture, it is a standard pin. the blue reflection of the cloth just gives the illusion of a smaller minor but in reality it is all the same;)
 
Looks like someone ground the hell out of a 3/8-10 and left the bottom threads mostly intact. Crude attempt at a "quick released 3/8-10 maybe?
I agree it looks like someone cut down a pin to make a quick release.
 
Can anyone identify this and where can I get it?

Need to take a different picture without that blue background to get a clear view of the threads, try just holding it up in the air.

Sorry guys not fishing. Yes it seems to have 2 minors and a second outer helical thread.
Damned if i know what it is. Customer swears he bought this from Bludworth..... and he want me to duplicate it....Help!

Ahhh Bludworth ha. :rolleyes:
It is not beyond Blud to have tried something with one of his screws. What does he want you to duplicate? The screw? A replacement shaft?
