Is that double thread or is there something in the bottom of the screw?
Ring work looks like Bludworth. Is there a red dot on the butt cap?
Looks like someone ground the hell out of a 3/8-10 and left the bottom threads mostly intact. Crude attempt at a "quick released 3/8-10 maybe?
That is just an illusion, the lighting makes it look there are two different minor diameters. If you look close you can see the reflection of the blue cloth in the root of the pin.
You guys need to look closer at the picture, it is a standard pin. the blue reflection of the cloth just gives the illusion of a smaller minor but in reality it is all the same
I agree it looks like someone cut down a pin to make a quick release.
That's a McDermott 3/8x10 pin
Need to take a different picture without that blue background to get a clear view of the threads, try just holding it up in the air.

Ahhh Bludworth ha.
It is not beyond Blud to have tried something with one of his screws. What does he want you to duplicate? The screw? A replacement shaft?
First glance thought it was Acme pin , but looking closer i have no idea.....
