What Should I Sell My Table For??

I am trying to get a better idea of what a reasonable selling price for my table would be. I purchased the table about six months ago, but have to sell it because I have to move into a smaller place (job is taking me back to the city and an apartment). A few specs: refurbished Gold Crown I, new rails, pretty new cloth, ashtrays in all four corner castings. It really is a beautiful, solid table. I purchased it for around $2,000, but wondered if I can expect that back when I go to sell it. I've attached a few pics. I'd really appreciate some opinions. Thanks.

randerson...It depends more on two things...where the table is located, and how badly you want to sell it (and how much time you have). If you lose anything, it will probably be less than $500.

tables here are pretty cheap..but this baby looks nice!!..i would use or find a mover first..and advertise it delivered..ask for a quote for a 25 mile radius..
nobody wants to deal with moving these monsters..add that into a motorvated seller price that you can deal with..stick it on Craigslist and you might offer some kind of trade..Guns..Gold..Diamonds..Ect..i also fair better with trade deals..but i do agree with some loss if you have to move it in a hurry..lol

Nice table. I'd appraise it at about $1,500.

Very nice. If you have time. I don't think you will have any problem getting your $ out of it or more. Beware of Craigs list. Lotta scammin goin on there.
Good Luck!

Nice table, brings back memories of my bowling alley shootin' days. Shame you have to get rid of it.

Scott's right on target. Prices really vary depending on location. Here in California I'd say the average price is about $1200. But you said you table was refurbished and it looks to be in tip-top shape (and that's worth a lot). You may get the $2000 but put it up a little higher since you always have to haggle over price on a used item. Have you checked Craigslist in your state to see what GC's are going for? Good luck with selling your table.

thanks for the quick responses. I'm located in the DC/metro region. Gold Crown III's typically go for around $2k delivered (plus or minus $500). I figured I could price the GCI a little higher as they seem to be a much rarer table. I've had it listed for the past 2/3 weeks at around $2300 on Craigslist and have not gotten any nibbles. Looks like I'll have to drop the price. Thanks for the information everyone.
