What size table go get?

I am thinking of getting a pool table for the garage, it's the only space I have that can fit a table. There is no insulation and I live in New York, so this will just be to play around in the spring and summer. I am gonna get a cheap table off Craigslist or eBay or here, roughly 500 or less.

Here's my question.

What size table should I get? Is a small table worth it? Thanks for the input.

Pool tables are like boobs. The bigger, the better.

I have a 9' table in my den. Playing on it all the time makes playing on smaller tables easier. That's my experience.

Yeah but remember -the 10 footer is the new 9 footer.that is until Shane and Earl match up 11 ball on the 11 footer.
