What steps does it take to get sponsored?

Wear the t-shirt then...I don't follow.

You want to 'endorse' and not get $? I can answer for every pool company: go.

What I meant was.. I'm open to SAVING MONEY and accepting discounts or products to promote, that I would use myself anyway.

I may open doors to future events for me to travel and promote at, and I like to entertain that idea.

Ok then...

I agree with Mike Gulyassy 100% in that think the most realistic avenue to 'play pool for a living' is to be a rep for a billiards-related company, if you don't have an invention to sell on your own (babyface!!).

The more you sell, the more you make for yourself and your boss. A win-win.

Yep...

You do if you want to work for me. I found that this partnership is not only solid but the benefits are more available. A player that can't beat me is not going very far on the tour and he becomes a burden to a company very quick. A dealer that represents me has all the room and time in the world to get some where in his game. How many companies do you think are out there that feel like putting up money for a middle of the road finisher.

I kinda saw this response a head of time, which is why I've never asked this question prior.. (Just figured that the above was the way things are) but then I see so many young players, and I think well now.. they are just starting out in the sport? Just maybe there are more options. Hence me posting the question.

Thank you Mr. Gulyassy!
