What time zone are posts listed

i looked around the site but couldnt find the answer
to what tme zone is the time of the post

If you click on the USER CP, the tab located in the upper left-hand corner, scroll down to EDIT OPTIONS. You can change the time to your time, wherever you are located. HTH! :)
