I have been doing basic cue repairs for ~13yrs.
In stock I have Lee Pro-Triangle-Elk Master-Water Buffalo-Sumo Hard-
Moori-Kamui Tips

What tips do you (cue builders & cue repair person) keep in stock?

What is a great high end tip to have in stock?

Also, What is you best glue for tips?

I have been using Gorilla Super Glue (impact-tough formula) with
not many tips coming off.

I think you need to at minimum add:
Sniper
Everest and
Mad Man Jump Break tips
to your stock.
I like the Loctite Super Glue Ultra Gel for tips.

I don't try advertising nor pushing others product. If a tip maker want's to make a name for themselves then they must do the advertising. I carry over 50 different tips and there are people who have them all installed other than maybe some of the Chandiverts. I only order and start stocking a new brand of tip when someone comes in and asks if I have one to install.

There's a bunch of threads on this topic
I agree with dick.
I've found that its pretty rough to reg and get someone to try a new type of tip if they haven't heard of it before.

Thanks to GB cues for the info on the other thread.

I do have sniper tips!

Has anyone used Tiger Onyx-LTD laminated cue tips?
If so, What kind of feedback did you get?

Cueman I will try the Loctite Super Glue Ultra Gel.

The Onyx plays great and is easy to install. It is a medium or medium-hard tip. I do also like the Tom Hay tips, and in my opinion the medium Tom Hay tip is quite similar to the Onyx - maybe a little bit softer.

If the Onyx would had a couple more layers of leather on them to give them some height, it would be one of the best tips out there. I have not sold them as I think the low height keeps them from reaching their rightful place along side of Moori and Kamui. Add a couple of layers and it would be considered the top American made tip.
