What to do if Paypal no Shipping address?

A person sent me a Paypal payment but has no Shipping address:


Got this message from Paypal:

OK to complete the transaction Payment Status: Completed
What should I do now?

Contact the buyer to confirm the purchase
Save all correspondence with the buyer

Non Eligible for seller protection means that if the payment to Paypal gets charged back for any reason, PayPal will collect the money back from you.

I would contact buyer and tell him that he must submit an authorized shipping address to Paypal or deal is off. Period. Do not ship to an unauthorized address! In the meantime don't touch his payment to you.
