What would you do if you received a cue with shafts thinner than advertised?

Let me clarify. I did not start this thread complaining about a seller. I have NO PROBLEMS with the deal. (as of yet anyway). If you read my OP you would see I merely asked what others would have done. I was curious because I didn't know if shafts being too thin was a valid reason for a return. I don't want to be too picky but I don't want to get a raw deal either. It seems from the responses, I was justified in returning the cue, while many others would have just lived with it or gotten another shaft. Thank you.

If it was something you didn't want, send it back. If it was not something that was a problem for you, then don't. Sometimes a seller will say they don't even know the exact tip size, not everybody has calipers to make a precise measurement. Some calipers need calibrated, or were calibrated when dirty. All no big deal really. If what you get is not what your were told, and that is a problem, and the seller takes it back...no problem. Simple enough.

In this case, it seems that all has gone properly so far.

send it back and ask for refund....the seller must be got a problem with his caliper....it is miss 0,5-0,7 mm..

The cue I shoot with were purchased with the info that both shafts were c'd at a full 13+ mm but they were both around 12.8. I was fine with them so I didn't say anything about it. As the buyer, if you are not happy and things aren't as stated then you have the right to discuss possible remedies with the seller.
