Has anyone heard about or seen anything about Ronnie Alcano lately. Is he still playing pool? Seemed he was climbing the ranks of the pro pool world a short while back but haven't heard anything about him lately.

He is still playing. Don't know if he plays any good anymore though!
I don't know how long you are talking about, but he did win double World Championships the year before last, and also came in second last year at the U.S.Open, and second this year at the Wolrd 8-Ball Championships. You may be talking about the last few months, and if so, he probably has just been practicing so he can be a good player someday!

He finished second in a tournament in Dubai just 2 weeks ago...
