What's a fair market value for this Judd cue?

JT2 with ebony and maple and some added rings.
The Judd badge is sterling silver and is dated 1994. It has six
Shafts 2 precat predators and 4 Judd shafts 2 with yellow micarta
Ferrules.

Get any cue maker on the planet build you something like this for 9bills

The "build price" and "used sale price" are completely different. Take the current Bluegrass for example that's for sale for $1650. There's NO WAY Richard would build that cue for anywhere near that price. And the Bluegrass is near mint condition. I'm shocked it hasn't sold yet. With that said. I'd personally value the Judd at $1400. But I'm no expert on cue values. The extra shafts may make it worth several hundred more.
 
In it's current shape I would say that Judd is worth about $1,000
If you got the shafts cleaned up and the cue refinished I would up the value to $1,250

I was going to order a new 8point Judd (no inlay work) it was going to be $1,200
This cue is used in rough shape badly in need of a refinish and shaft cleanings.
