My thoughts are damn that is nice! Looks good and probably very few unused Justis cases around these days. Is it yours or one you're looking to pick up?

Never used I've had it for about 10 years.
You're probably going to sell it next.

I know a guy that had a brand new Justis and never used it. It has been 30 years and since it had been that long, he doubts he will ever use it, ended up selling it. He ended up selling to a kid for $200 because the kid needed a case. The logic is that if something happened to him, his son, wouldn't care or know what to do with his pool stuff. It comes at a time where he wanted to get rid of his stuff to actual pool players.

I've seen it before he sold it and it looked great!

It looks like it is built solidly, and if so, I would keep it and use it. You can't take it with you, if you know what I mean.

I'm 69 and would keep it. Isn't 80 like the new 60?
If I haven't used it in 10 years, why would I start now?

Since Jack's passing, I figure His cases have gone up in value!

Sometimes a person purchases items (like Gold) in hoping the value goes up.

If you're RFK! I think He's 70 in shape of a Very fit 50 years old.

Only because you might want to.

Probably very true, and would be very enticing to try to get some good cash!

There is always a buyer out there if you put it on a site that is populated well.

The problem is that a lot of people don't know who Jack was and nobody use his cases anymore. That is why my initial question was the weight of the Justis case. My friend who I said sold his Justis is an old timer and he can no longer or want to carry a heavy ass case. Big reason why he eventually sold the unused Justis case.

The best cases right now are JB Cases and the rugged line. I have a leather version and its pretty heavy too.

I have a JB rugged case, blue nylon, and they are built like tanks.

It's a 'Prolite' No tubes!

I'll be 80 in 4 months, not using it and certainly not going with me!
80? You might want to advertise it immediately on a two-day sale. No time to waste!

Just joking of course buddy. You have another good 20 - 25 years to use that case. After that, you'll probably want something lighter to carry around.

Man, this hits home. My son plays, but he is very seriously bipolar with alcohol and drug problems, so there is zero chance I give him my sticks, guitars, pool table, or anything else I don't want to see sold for pennies on the dollar.
