Staying interested in my self-practice sessions. Nothing beats a live game, but I also understand nothing beats a person who actually puts in some good solid practice/drill time....which I simply cannot. Therefore, my consistency is horrid, but worse, people CAN TELL.

Yeah, if I had a trust fund, or I won the lottery, or something, I would just LIVE in a pool hall. :)
 
This is what held my game back, i just wouldnt practice, i couldnt play for fun or practice, i would lose interest with in 30 mins, i never played unless i was gambling.

I could not play pool for months and get up and still play my speed, if i would of made myself practice i believe i would of been a better player!

I have to say, there is something REALLY motivating about playing FOR something ...even if it's just a beer...
 
easily force of hit, but a lot of positional play as well since honestly running too far or too short 0.5 inches shouldn't be consistently ruining runouts... I still have a lot of trouble running through a zone as opposed to across it
