I would see $1,500 top depend on the conditions of the cue ...straight? ..scratch? ding? dent? shafts are straight..etc...so the condition of the cue will dictate the value of hte cue

Saw this cue or one just like it at VF for $1900. Very beautiful in person. Art's cue's are scarce and nobody is selling short. I would try $1500.

I agree that the seller's descriptions are not much help.
